Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items under the following conditions:
Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be indicated on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as digital goods, personalized products, or opened hygiene products are not eligible for return.
